 Reflection after the lesson (How you will differentiate curriculum based on assessment data)

 Reflection after the lesson (How you will use the assessments to inform instruction)

 Student-generated goal sheets identifying strengths and needs

 Chart of English-learners’ proficiency levels (many districts require this of their teachers) accompanied by lesson plans highlighting EL differentiation strategies

 Literacy case study
